Termite Treatment
Termite Baiting, treatment & Fumigation in Corpus Christi & South Texas
Your Home is Not A Snack
Let’s be honest for a second. We all have that one family member who comes over, eats everything in the fridge, and overstays their welcome. But at least they don’t try to eat the framing of your living room wall. Termites are the ultimate freeloaders. In South Texas, they work 24/7/365 to turn your biggest investment into their personal salad bar.
We have spent 30+ years serving the Corpus Christi and greater South Texas area, so we know exactly how these little wood-munching villains operate. If you suspect your home has become an all-you-can-eat buffet, don’t panic. We are here to serve them a very permanent eviction notice.

Knock Knock. Who’s There? Hollow Wood.
Termites are essentially ninjas. They are the "Silent Destroyers" because they can chew through your property for years before you even realize they moved in. By the time you see them, they have usually already caused a ruckus.
So, how do you spot these stealthy pests? Keep your eyes peeled for mud tubes running up your foundation. These look like little brown veins, and they are basically termite superhighways. Also, look out for discarded wings near windowsills (it looks like fish scales) or wood that sounds hollow when you tap on it. If your wall sounds like a drum, it’s time to call in the pros.

The Most Wanted List: Wood-Destroying Villains
Subterranean Termites: The underground operatives. They build mud tubes from the soil to your foundation and are the #1 threat in Corpus Christi.
Drywood Termites: The attic dwellers. They don't need soil contact and get moisture right from the wood, meaning they can hide anywhere in your framing.
Formosan Termites: Termites on steroids. These aggressive super-termites have massive colonies and eat wood at terrifying speeds.
Powderpost Beetles: If you see tiny pinholes and flour-like dust piles, these guys are turning your wood into powder from the inside out.
Wood Boring Beetles: Nature’s uninvited drill press. They leave larger exit holes than their cousins and love to target older, untreated lumber.
The Termite Termination Process
Step 1: The CSI Inspection
We scour your property like detectives at a crime scene. We look for entry points, active colonies, and damage in places you didn't even know existed in your house.
Step 2: The Battle Plan
No two homes are the same. We create a customized treatment plan based on your specific construction type and the severity of the infestation.
Step 3: The Treatment
Whether it is a liquid barrier trench or bait stations, we apply the good stuff. We create a perimeter that termites cannot cross without meeting their doom.
If you have a serious case of wood boring insects, your property may require a full-tent fumigation. If so, skip to step 5.
Step 4: The Watchtower
Termite control isn't a one-and-done deal. We offer ongoing monitoring to ensure those pests don't try to stage a comeback tour.
Step 5: Full Tent Fumigation
Full-tent fumigation is specifically used for drywood termites to penetrate the wood framing of your home. Our team is specialized in wiping out the insects for good.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just treat termites myself with stuff from the hardware store?
You can try, but it’s like trying to put out a forest fire with a water gun. Over-the-counter sprays only kill the termites you see, not the millions in the colony underground. Leave the heavy artillery to us.
How do I know if it’s a flying ant or a termite?
Great question. Termites have straight antennae and a thick waist (no hourglass figure here). Ants have bent antennae and a pinched waist. If you are close enough to check their waistline, just call us to be sure.
How long does a termite treatment last?
Liquid treatments can last for several years, depending on the chemical used and soil conditions. However, we recommend annual inspections to make sure the barrier is still holding strong.
Do I have to tent my house?
Not always! Fumigation is usually required for Drywood termites. For the Subterranean termites common in South Texas, we typically treat the soil around the foundation. We will let you know which method is necessary after our inspection.
I have a brick home. I’m safe, right?
We wish. Even brick homes have wood frames, wall studs, and floor joists. Termites are experts at finding tiny cracks in the brick or slab to get to the tasty wood inside.
When is termite season in Corpus Christi?
Because of our mild winters, "termite season" is pretty much all year long. However, you will most likely see them swarming (flying around looking for love and a new home) in the spring.
